Xukuumadda Faderaalka oo magacawday Agaasimayaal iyo Taliyaha Ciidanka Asluubta

Shirkii caadiga ahaa oo ay Golaha Wasiirada Xukuumadda FKMG ah yeesheen maanta oo uu shir guddoominayey Ra’iisul Wasaaraha Soomaaliya Mudane Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed (Farmajo) ayaa looga hadlay arrimo dhowr ah oo ay ka mid yihiin warbixin laga dhageystey Wasiirka Kalluumeysiga, Kheyraadka Badda iyo Bey’ada, Mudane Mohamed Moalin Hasssan oo ku saabsaneyd Xadeynta Badda Soomaaliya. Sidoo kale shirkan waxaa lagu magacaabay Taliyaha Ciidanka Asluubta Soomaaliyeed, iyo Agaasimeyaasha Guud ee Wasaaradaha Caafimaadka iyo Arrimaha Gudaha & Amniga Qaranka.

Wasiirka Wasaaradda Kalluumeysiga, Kheyraadka Badda iyo Bey’ada oo dhowaan ka soo laabtey safar shaqo ayaa Golaha Wasiirada siiyey warbixin la xiriirta natiijadii iyo guushii ka soo hoyatay safarkiisa. Haddaba waxaan ka codsaneyaa Mudane Mohamed Moalin Hassan inuu warbixintaas noo faahfaahiyo:

Wasiirka ayaa yiri sidan:

Waxaa sharaf weyn ii ah inaan maanta Golaha Wasiirada siiyey warbixin la xiriirta natiijadi iyo guushi ka soo hoyatay safarkeygii oo aheyd in aan keenay dokumenti qeexaaya xad badeedka Somaliya oo loo sameeyey si waafaqsan sharuucda caalamiga ah ee badaha ee Qaramada Midoobey (United Nations Convention on Law of Sea).

Dokumentigan ayaa loo gudbin doonaa Qaramada Midoobey taasoo lagu diiwaangelin doono xaqa ay Somaliya u leedahay in waxa loo yaqaano Xuduuda Dhaqaale ee u gaarka ah Somalia (Exculisive Economic Zone) ay tahay 200 nautical miles oo u dhiganta 370.4 km.

Dokumentigan iyo khariidooyinka la socda waxaa lagu soo daabaci doonaa websiteyada QM iyo hay’adaha kale ee caalamiga ah, sida FAO.

Ka dib makrii aan sharaxaad ka bixiyey sababaha keenay arrinkan ayaan u sheegay Golaha si waddanka uu si sharci ah ula xisaabtamo gaadiidka badda ee ku soo xadgudba xaduudan in loo baahanyahay in sharcigii badda ee u degsenaa Somaliya 1972dii la waafajiyo heshiiska caalamiga ah ee badaha, maadaama ay Somaliya saxiixday, ansixisayna heshiiskaas 1989kii. Arrinkan waxuu u suuragelinayaa Dowladda Somaliya in si sharciga adduunka waafaqsan uga hortagto dhammaan wax allaale iyo waxii xadgudubyo ah ee laga dhexsameynayo badweynta soomaaliyeed, sida kalluumeysiga sharci darada ah, daadinta sunta iyo burcad badeedaba.

Si hadaba ay taas u hirgasho waxaa khasab ku ah Somaliya inay dokumentigan u gudbiso Qaramada Midoobay. Ka dib warbixintaas iyo khariidadihii la socday oo muujinaya arrinkan ayaan ka codsaday Golaha Wasiirada inay ansixiyaan si warbixintaas loogu gudbiyo Qaramada Midoobey. Golaha Wasiiradda ayaa si aqlabiyad ah u asixiyey in warbixintan loo gudbiyo Qaramada Midoobey.

Tallaabadan ayaa ah guul weyn oo u soo hoyatey shacabka soomaaliyeed, horseedi doontana in lala xisaabtamo gaaddiidka badda oo caadeystey inay si sharci darro ah uga kalluumeystaan ama ugu daadiyaan sun xaduuda dalka ee dhanka badda.

Mahadsanid Wasiir.
